You have been selected for a training course on computer skills that you cannot attend. Write a letter to your employer and say:
Explain how this training course would help you
Why won’t you be able to attend it
Suggest a way to have that training again
Hi Sir,
I am writing this letter with regard to computer training program where i have selected, but due to certain reasons i will not be able to attend it.
This computer training program definetly going to help me to understand the new ERP module that is being use in our sales department. I have expressed my interest towards this training along with several other employees, As it is very imperative now a days. After considering employees request company arranged training program for us.
Actually, their is a client visit and it's schedule is clashing with the dates of training and my presence is very much required during that client visit. That is why i am finding this impossible to attend training at that time.
Here i would like to let you know that, there are several other members of my team selected for the same training and they will also be not able to attend the session due to same reason. Hence, I would like to suggest if it is possible, please arrange a seperate training program for my team on next month.
I hope you will consider my suggestion.
Looking forward to getting your response soon.
Thanks.
Your Faithfully
Lokesh
