Dear Sir/Madam,
I hope you will find this letter in the best of health and happiness. Recently, I have been facing troubles while attending evening classes of the Oracle Database course at your prestigious institution.
The reason behind facing problems while attending classes is due to my busy schedule at work. I have been working late after attending the classes at your school due to new projects came in my firm. I am not able to a single minute of leisure time to enjoy my life for the past few days. Due to this, I am unable to focus on the class lessons which I took to upgrade my skills and to become proficient as an Oracle database consultant. Presently, it is affecting the performance of my work, therefore, I would be discontinuing from this course for some time because I have to give priority to my job since it is the only source of income in my family.
Once my daily schedule will be back to normal, I will be coming back to take the rest of the sessions as you conduct every new badge monthly. I hope you will understand my current situation and would offer me a grant for leaving in the middle of the course.
I am looking forward to hearing a positive response from you soon.
Yours faithfully,
Shwatank
