Dear Sir,
I have enrolled in your “English communication” course last month. Unfortunately, due to my present work commitments, I am unable to complete the course. I am writing to inform you that I would not be able to attend my classes from now onward.
I am working as a Sales Executive in Alpha Co. Ltd. I am responsible to handle the contracts and budgeting matter of different projects in the company. In addition, I have to liaison with my several customers through meetings with them. I usually stay back after office hours to execute the task assigned and to meet the deadlines of projects.
I am having difficulties to continue my course further since recently my company got a new project which has increased my workload. For this reason, I often got late for my classes in your institute and so sometimes tired enough to fully concentrate on the lectures.
Taking above considerations into account, I would like you to cancel my registration for this session and allow me to take the classes in your next available batch.
