Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter to complain about the delay of delivering the good I purchase from your company to my address.
On 25th of September I visited your company Croma to purchase electronic gadgets which include a Samsung Television, Philips Hair Straightener and Sony Music System. I made the payment through by Axis Bank Credit Card. My invoice number is 2566566. It was assured to me that the products I purchased will be delivered to my house address till 28th of September.
Unfortunately, it is 1st of October and till now I have not received the products to my place. I am very disappointed with the quality of services provided by your company. I want to know the exact reason for the delay in delivering the products? Are there some issues with the products I purchase or with the delivery chain?
I would like you to deliver the products as soon as possible to my home. Otherwise I would like to cancel my order and moreover, will give instructions to my bank to reverse the credit card payment.
I hope you will look into my matter and will take necessary actions to get it resolved immediately. I am attaching the copy of the receipt for your reference.
