You have recently moved to a different house. Write a letter to a friend. In your letter1) explain why you have moved.2) describe the new house.3) Invite your friend to come and visit.

Dear Mark,
How have you been? It has been a long time since we last met. I am writing this letter in reference to inform you that I have moved to a new house.

To elucidate the main reasons for the movement were limited space availability and lack of modern amenities moreover it used to take plenty of travel time from my office which used to affect my leisure activities. The new condominium is a spacious three two bedroom flat located at the outskirts of the city much closer to my office. It provides all the modern facilities like a gym, swimming pool, sauna and 24 hours security. Additionally, due to its superb location, you can see the panoramic view of the beautiful lake from the alfresco part of the apartment which can rejuvenate your mind.

Why don’t you come over this weekend on Saturday? I am inviting all my college friends for a small house warming party. I believe it will a great opportunity to meet our old friends and have some fun.
I look forward to your response.
Warm wishes
Ben
