You have recently moved to a different house.
Write a letter to an English-speaking friend. In your letter
• Explain why you have moved
• Describe the new house
• Invite your friend to come and visit

Dear Mike,
How have you been?. It has been a long time since we last met. I am writing to inform you that I have recently moved from Downtown Street to 15 Arthur Street.

To elucidate the reason for my move to a new apartment was due to a plethora of reasons but the preponderant one being the lack of facilities like Parking, Swimming pool, Gymnasium and recreational club moreover the earlier accommodation was located far away from my office and hence I had to spend a lot of time in travelling.

The new apartment I am staying in is in a posh high-rise building at the centre of the city. It consists of two bedrooms and each bedroom has high tainted glass windows which provide a panoramic view of the beautiful gardens outside. On the other hand, society is well equipped with all the modern facilities like parking, swimming pool, Sauna, Security and a health club.

Why don't you come and plan a visit this weekend on Saturday?. I am inviting all my college friends for a house-warming party. I can promise you that it will be great fun and you will enjoy.

I look forward to seeing you soon.
Warm wishes
Derick
