Dear Sir,

I am writing this letter for the post of supervisor in the City Museum as a part-time job. I have seen your advert in the local newspaper on 14th of April and decided to apply for the position.

In addition, I am a full-time student at Oxford University pursuing Masters in Mass Communication having student ID-789TY. We have summer holidays starting from 1st of May and I would be free for one month. I have one year experience as a volunteer in social club where I had worked as a guide for Japanese people. Furthermore, I have done diploma in language of french and as mentioned in your advertisement there is vacancy for the individual having good communication skills in this.

Moreover, I am a diligent person and have a knowledge of all the interpersonal and qualifications that is needed for this post. I have been awarded with best student award in the last academic year for the best contribution in developing the social clubs for overseas students.
