Dear Sir,
I am writing to you in reference to some important documents I forgot at your hotel. I had hosted a meeting in your hotels business centre on the 25th of November, the conference room "Aries" was booked for the whole day.
After the meeting finished, we wrapped up and left the conference room, when I reached home I realized that I had forgotten some important files. I tried searching my bag but could not find it but then I realized that I probably might have left them at the hotel. The papers included non-disclosure and bi-lateral agreements, These documents were kept in a blue transparent file near the projector table.
As you are aware these documents are confidential thus I would ask your immediate help on this matter and tell me as soon as you find the file. I would come and collect the files from your hotel.
