Dear Sir
I am writing this letter in connection with the documenta which i left at your hotel last night while attending the conference of ambassadors.
In my rememberance, i left them at the reception table of the hotel main entrance. As i was about to check out. The receptionist asked me to complete some formalities regarding checking out. I put them on that table and forgoted to took them back in my hand.
The documents are very important for me as it constitutes of terms and conditions of the main deal for which meeting was held in the banquet. I am the top most organiser of this event and all the records have been there in the documents so, it is very important for me to find it again.
it would be appreciated if you can look upon this matter once and help me out in getting my documents back by consulting your staff members. Thanking you.
