ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON, I TURNED ON THE SWITCH OF THE GRINDER TO USE IT, TO MY SURPRISE A PINCH OF FIRE SPARKLED THE CORNER OF WIRE. IMMEDIATELY I TURNED OFF THE ELECTRIC SUPPLY AND FROM THAT MOMENT ITSELF THE APPLIANCE HAS WITHDRAWN FROM ITS FUNCTION.
I HAD CALLED THE CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE OF YOUR SHOP. THEY HAD ASSURED ME TO VISIT MY PLACE WITH A TECHNICIAN AND GET IT REPAIRED BY SATURDAY ITSELF. IT HAS BEEN 3 DAYS AND I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM HIM AS OF NOW.
I WOULD LIKE YOU TO LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND FASTEN UP THE PROCESS.
