Dear Sir,
I am writing this letter in response to your letter asking for the feedback on the course I recently did in your renowned cookery school, The Altius.
My name is Aman, and I am one of your school’s oldest students who did a four-week course with one of your great mentors, Alex. Alex is such a great mentor who knows very well about all the cooking methods and tricks that help you make delicious food. I undergo cake baking training with him as I am interested in cakes and decorating cakes. I enjoyed every class with him and loved all the cake decorating techniques that he taught me. Besides this, I love how he taught me about the different ingredients used in cakes.
It’s been a month since I finished the course, and I still used his baking recipes and tried them over the weekends. Last week, I invited a few guests to my place because I want to celebrate my brother’s birthday. So I baked cake all by myself. I still remember the appreciation I got from all my relatives. They all love the cake and asked me about the ingredients and recipe for making the magic.
All thanks to your cooking school and the great mentor that you have provided me. I am looking forward to doing another course regarding cutlery and Mexican food to surprise my mom as she loves Mexican. So I would suggest you add this course because Mexican food is too much popular these days, and many people love to have Mexican in their cuisine.
I trust that you will give this suggestion your urgent consideration.
Yours Sincerely,
Aman
