You recently encountered some problems with public transportation service in your area. Write a letter to the manager of the public transport company and say

I am writing about what I experienced last Saturday at 6pm to 8pm. The journey started from Seoul to Busan, the bus was number 24. The big point is that the driver could not focus on his driving and it was dangerous. He seemed sleepy and shook his head during my amazing trip.
I know that fleet of buses has problems which you must put in customers a lot and make in time. However, the issue is lack of the number of chauffeurs, result of this reason they do not have enough downtime and jeopardise passengers. Normally, most bus route is taken almost 2 hours each lines.
All people need to refresh while they are working even if we should have in a rush. Therefore, there is one way in affirmative way to fix the small issue. Keep in mind, we allow people to take enough break between long driving and do not push them quick. Becuase safety is top priority in the world.
