Dear sir,
I am writing this email to bring it to your kind attention, the pathetic experience that we as family had at your restaurant. To begin with, as this is one of the famous restaurants in town, we had a lot of expectations out of it. However, all our experiences turned out sour after we were served food. Firstly , although starters were hot, they were raw in between. This indicated that chefs did not pay much attention to cook it properly. In addition, the main course was cold and bland. The spices of the food were sparingly used. Finally, the desserts too were displeasing. It was a bitter experience altogether.
Despite, food being distasteful, we had some expectations out of the services, but those also turned out to be unremarkable.
Now, I do like to request certain measures that you must take so that such a bad experience is not faced by other customer. When a system of feedback is kept in place, it will help in maintaining good quality of food and services. Secondly, restaurant staff should be continually trained. This will keep them abreast with latest culinary techniques and hone their existing skills.
I hope this will act as a valuable indicator to you and anticipate that you will not repeat this incidence with other customers.
