You recently organised an all-day meeting for your company, which took place in a local hotel. In their feedback, participants at the meeting said that they liked the hotel, but they were unhappy about food that was served for lunch.
Write a letter to the manager of hotel. In your letter
• Say what the participants liked about the hotel
• Explain why they were unhappy about the food
• Suggest what the manager should do to improve the food in future
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to bring some important feedback of our meeting participant to your attention. The meeting that was held at ‘Imperial’ banquet in your hotel on 23th of October.
Most of the participants of the meeting were highly satisfied with your hotel. They all complement your hotel design and architecture. furniture was comfortable and place has warm atmosphere. We also highly pleased with the working staffs’ treatment. They were really friendly and helpful.
The only matter we really did not expected was the improper lunch service. We ordered beef for lunch but the waiters brought us chicken. The fault was not ended up there. Foods were extremely cold to eat.
I hope you do necessary management to serve the orders appropriately. There are modern lunch service dishes in our local market which can be suitable to keep food enough hot to serve. I recommend you to search for new cook as well as new dishes to improve the quality of serving.
I trust that you will give essential attention to this matters, because I do not want this to be the last time to choose your hotel for meeting.
Faithfully yours,
Shady Fatemi
