I am writing this letter in regards with the letter I received on 10th March 2022 from the bank. As communicated to me, I was expecting my renewed credit card along with it.
After opening the mail, I got to know that the credit card was missing and only general information booklet was there instead. I also checked the same from the courier company, but they also could not help me much.
Since I am doubting that it is a theft, I would request you to cancel my credit card as soon you find this letter because it can be misused. This further will cause other legal troubles for me and the bank both.
I also want to request you for a new card, since the older card, if found still won’t be secure for use as the card details has been exposed. I would request you to let me know the delivery date and time for the newer one. I’ll always be obliged for this.
