You recently stayed in a hotel in a large city. The weather was very unusual for the time of year and the heating / cooling system in the hotel was quite inadequate.

Dear Sir,
I am writing to you regarding the problem that I faced in your hotel, Taratala Hotel, in my last stay from 23rd Mar’18 to 25th Mar’18. I have visited Kolkata to attend one of my official meeting and booked your hotel after seeing review in “Makemytrip.com”. Despite good rating, my experience was not superb due to the fact that air conditioning system of my room was not running properly.
I had complained your hotel management during that period but they did not give proper response. Later in the morning of 25th Mar’18 I had to change my hotel.
It is my gentle request to you to look into this matter and take action on your hotel staff so that this kind of complain never raise again as in hotel business customer satisfaction is main. Moreover, you should organized training for your members on soft skills.
