• say how you feel about his/her performance
• give details of your music-related activities

Dear Mr. Johns,
I am writing with regards to the last concert which was held on the National theater hall in terms of your recent album. I bought the concert ticket by one of my friends’ recommendation and I am absolutely happy because I really enjoyed your performance. I had such a great time. Your performance was very eye-catching and amusing.

A real reason for writing this letter is to ask you for some recommendation. Actually, I play guitar and I am a member of a local music band. We used to perform at some local event and festivals. Since I have always have a dream of being a famous guitarist, I really appreciate it if you could provide me some guidance to make progress. Could you suggest me some repute musical class to take?

I think taking part in those classes, under supervision of knowledgeable teachers, bring a new set of positive consequences. First of all, I can learn more technic and improve my abilities. Another thing is about getting know to other musician and finding more opportunities to get promotion.

I look forward to hear from you. Thank you for your time and consideration.
Yours sincerely
Yalda Asgar.
