I am writing this letter to introduce myself as David Holmes, your new neighbor. I live in house number 23 which is adjacent to your place. Our family's main reason for contacting you was to request permission to hold a party this Friday.
It is our son, John's 3rd birthday and we as a family are planning to arrange a reception consisting of 30 members who are our kith and kin will gather on this occasion. Mostly, all of us decided to start the function by 7 PM in our backyard and this arrangement includes flood lights to improve visibility. Also, I have arranged for a live band to play soft music to entertain all guests. Finally, games for everyone like hide and seek, water ball etc., is preplanned to make it fun and frolic for everyone. I sincerely hope that these arrangements are not a hindrance to your peaceful routine.
