Dear Sir/ Madam,
This is in regards to the Crisis Management seminar advertised in the news and I am writing to you for more information related to this.
As you can understand, attending an overseas meeting from India needs diligent preparation and hence would like to know about the following:
On what date is this program being held on?
How may sessions are going to be conducted during this gathering?
Do the guests get full boarding i.e., breakfast, lunch and dinner or just only half boarding?
Do the oversees participants like myself get to stay in a hotel or shared accommodations?
I also understand that expenses will be incurring during the trip and would be grateful if you can send me printed catalogues related to prices and charges of bus fares, food (Incase of no free food), budget shopping centers close by to purchase basic items like soap, brush etc. Please also mention about about any other costs that is mandatory like visa fee.
