Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided at your restaurant. Last weekend, my family and I decided to drop by Feng-shui restaurant located at George Street because it was my birthday and we heard top class reviews of this restaurants' Chinese cuisine.
As soon as we entered the location, we were awestruck by the lovely interiors and mesmerizing food served at the tables. Though the noodles and soup appeared hot, the vegetables were bad and stale. On having our first bite, the noodles were very sticky and tasted like they were cooked a day before. The food clearly was not fresh and was reheated multiple times. However, we planned to leave the place and requested to cancel the remaining order as we were highly disappointed.
I would request you to please take necessary actions by serving fresh food to the customers. People expect good food quality service. Serving stale and pre cooked meals will further spoil the reputation of the restaurant. Hence, I request that the cooking staff at the kitchen take their required time to cook food so that the people are given good quality of freshly served meals.
