Dear Mr. Nathan,
This letter regards some facts about the deteriorating condition of the furniture in one of your units where we live as tenants.
Let me begin by introducing myself to you. I am Jack Nicolson, living at one of your southern units on Peddar Road. Though we really like the accommodation due to the nice locality and big lawns, still there is one alarming area I would want to notify you with. Here, most of the furniture is ancient and is in a bad state making it extremely dangerous for us especially for my two young kids who are very young and can get easily hurt. Also, due to the above they can be not be used, which has caused us a lot of discomforts as we can have to manage the household without much furniture.
I would really appreciate it if you start looking into the matter by providing us some new basic furniture specially Beds, Closets for 2 rooms and a dining table for the Dining room. Even If they are second hand but in good condition then also we are fine with them.
As we are struggling with the above especially with a big family with children, Any sooner intervention would bring us big relief and joy,
