Dear Sir/Madam,
I write to notify you about my watch which I forgot at your hotel when I was lodged in as a guest last week.
For more clarity, I will explain the circumstance under which I dashed out of the hotel without remembering to pick up my watch. Be reminded of an incident on Tuesday last week when one of waiters at the brunch stand tripped on a guests’ luggage spilling the content on her tray on another guest. I happen to be the guest drenched by coffee and fruit juice. After the accident, I quickly removed my wrist watch to avoid fluid touching the surface and did not remember to pick it up because I was in a hurry to catch up a scheduled flight.
For the purpose of description, it is an apple watch, series 5, 32 mm screen with a few scratches. It has a blue strap with distinctive silver buckles that sparkles under light.
I kindly appeal that you assist me find the watch because it was a gift from a dear friend and it hold really dear memories. I can make my address available for shipping on your confirmation and the cost will be bore by me.
