Dear John,
How have you been? First of all, thank you so much for the hospitality, the attention and the support you gave me during my stay in Sydney. Although, I could not give more time during morning time due the official meetings, we had fun in nights and it is indeed a remarkable trip for me. I am also writing to you because the fact that I left my file which contains some significant documents of the seminar that our company had in Sydney. You probably know, how important these papers are, I had asked you for the key to the locker to keep it in a safe place. But, unfortunately I forgot to take that file as I was getting late to catch the flight.
The key is there in my rooms first drawer, please look into it once and post the file through Express Delivery as soon as possible. Do not worry about the expenses, I will bear all. Just share your UPI ID, so that I can transfer the money in no time.
Thanks in anticipation.
With Regards,
Simi
