You travel by bus every weekday morning, and you always use the same bus route.
Recently the bus has not been reliable. It sometimes come late and for this last few mornings it has not when you hailed it. You have also noticed that is far dirtier then it used to be.

Dear sir / madam
I am writing this letter to tell you about the bus service which allocated by your Road transport department on the pala route. I am the regular passenger who travels on the path in the morning as well as in evening also.
Firstly, few days I am observing set the bus service is not reliable and the frequency on the route degrading day by day. Moreover, sometimes it arrives late at departing station and daily commutators suffers a lot. Nowadays the behaviour bus staff also changed and they talk in arrogant way with women and senior citizens. In the addition, the bus driver do not stop the bus on the station even after hailing in front of it. Secondly, no earlier information circulated about the change in the bus schedule at local media. Lastly, the interior condition of bus is also deteriorating . In the similar citing, no proper labelling of sitting arrangement and cleanliness of floor and seats also minimized.
I hope your company would look aggressively on the numerous issues in short period. I will look forward to hear your response in the form of improved services. Morley, your company will take strict action on the bus staff and follow all the rules and regulations wisely.
