Dear Sir/Madam,
I am looking to buy some furniture for my new house and I am writing this letter to inquire if you'll have the same. Since I have recently shifted and will be staying alone I would need a queen sized bed, sofa, a dinning table and 2 wooden chairs. Additionally, I would need the dinning table and the chairs to have a similar design, so if the same is not available at the store would it be possible for you to place an order for them.
Secondly, I would like to know the price of each item and will I get a discount on the total bill since I am purchasing in bulk.
Finally, could you let me know for how long will you be able to hold the goods. Currently, my house is under renovation and will not be ready to move in untill next week. I would need you to hold the items till the work is complete.
