You would like to participate in a work-related seminar in another country. Write a letter to the person in charge of the seminar and ask for detailed information regarding the dates, program, accommodation and cost.
Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Aspak Rogatiya, an Embedded Software Engineer working in an IT firm, located in Sengkang province of Singapore. I have learned from a friend that you are going to conduct a seminar on “Artificial Neural Network” in Tokyo. I am writing to request some specific information regarding the workshop, such as schedule, topics, accommodation and the total indicative cost.
Firstly, about the dates and time, what will be the workshop schedule, and when will it begin and end each day? Secondly, please notify me of the topics and the respective speakers. Are the speakers working professionals in IT or professors? I do have 7 years of experience in programming, so I would also like to know if the targeted audience is experienced programmers or absolute beginners. Finally, regarding the accommodation and the cost, will the workshop organizers arrange for the accommodation or an individual will be responsible for that? What would be the approximate cost including seminar charges, accommodation and the food?
I am very much interested in your program and having aforementioned information will let me plan for it in advance.
I am looking forward to hear from you as soon as possible.
Regards,
Aspak Rogatiya
