My name is Elliot. I am writing the letter to express my concern about you propose to shut down the sports centre in our town. I think it will bring unconvinced to my family as well as the residents in our town.
My family is happy to find there is a good sport centre for us to spend our leisure time and workout every day. We play the tennis and badminton with our neighbor every day after work. It is not only a good place for us to do exercise everyday but also a social place with my friends.
I can imagine the bad affects and negative consequence if the sports center is closed then. Firstly, people will less engaged in sports activities and definitely effect their health. Secondly ,children in our community will lose their playground after school.
This sports center is very important to my family and the resident in town. As it is the only sports centre in our town. It will take at least 30 minutes to drive to the nearest facility if it closed.
I suggest you can reconsider this proposal and hope to get your feedback soon.
