Dear sir or madam,
Dear sir or madam,
I am writing a letter to provide a feedback on the cookery course “chopping for cuisine”,which I take recently from your renowned institute.
The course was fascinating as I was able to learn about how to chop the fish meat from the salmon and rolled into the stick Japanese rice to make the sushi. The teacher is a great chef who came from a five star hotel and demonstrate the whole process to us that we could learn fast.
I have used what I learned from the your class and cooked for my family at weekend, and my family member give me excellent remarks for what I cooked. The effect of the course had on my techniques of chopping and how to make a delicious and appetizing cuisine.
But I think beside the chopping technique which I learned from class, will your cookery class consider to provide the bakery class as well. Most people are not good at baking because they don’t know how to prepare the raw material and the use of electric oven properly.
I am looking forward to hear from you
Yours Faithfully
Elliot
