Dear Mr. Thompson,
I am writing regarding the issue with absence of parking places for our co-workers.
However, our building is not so big, only five flours, it accommodate more than 450 staff including management. Moreover, more than sixty per cents of those people has a personal vehicle, so the lack of free space, around the building to park a car, is a common problem for all of us. Therefore, I decided to take an action and to raise a question about possibility to arrange a separate parking lot, only for the employees of the company.
Furthermore, we already have an empty piece of land, close to the office, to establish a parking pavilion. According to information that I found, it has a reasonable price, so our company can afford it.
In this respect, I think that it would be beneficial not only for those, who work in the building, but also for the customers. Because, there will be no need any more to search for an empty space along the road and to walk long meters back to the office.
I hope that you will consider my recommendation about a new parking lot. Please let me know I you need further information regarding this matter.
Yours sincerely,
Angela Tinley.
