These charts illustrated that the people who own a computer in both aspects including populations and education level. Overall, there was a considerable increasing from 2002 to 2010.
In terms of the first table, it could clearly be witnessed that the proportion of people who possess the computers was slightly upward around five percent for each year. After eight years it had reached over seventy-five percent.
In the second graph, it displayed that the higher education, the more people need to utilize computers. Moreover, compared to the education level between no high school diploma and postgraduate qualification it could saw that there was a giant gap among them. Additionally, the scale of no high school diploma in 2010 was triple by 2002 with forty percent and fifteen percent, respectively. Furthermore, the postgraduate qualification occupied the highest rate of applying computer among all degrees with seventy-five belonged to 2002 as opposed to 2010 reached ninety percent.
