In the relationship with the second table, the rate of no high school diploma in 2010 triple by 2002 with 40 percent and 15 percent, respectively. Meanwhile, the bachelor’s degree and the postgraduate qualification accounted for the higher number than other educations. It could see that 70 percent in 2002 and 90 percent in 2010 belonged to the bachelor’s degree. 75 percent in 2002 and 95 percent in 2010 was witnessed by postgraduate qualification.
