Nowadays, individual accomplishment and fairness are considered to be interconnected. It is argued by some that equality amongst mankind brings out abundant achievements, however, others claim that personal traits and way more closely associated with attainment. This essay will argue that social equality is the key factor for victory of a person.
Education plays an imperative rule for attaining success in this cutting-edge epoch. By the rapid advancement in science, it is very crucial to obtain knowledge which will either be free or nominal in a society where all people are equally treated. It would unlock the doors to opportunities for the persons who were unable to attend schools and colleges due to their high expenses. Possessing equal rights and opportunities urge the mankind to obtain the best achievement through their high spirits. Therefore fairness in terms of education proves worthful in bringing success to an individual.
Furthermore, gender-based equality helps to eradicate the stereotypic differences generated between men and women. Since egalitarian society offers no boundaries based on gender, it makes the women expose themselves in the outer world. From ages, males had been regarded as the head of family but now females bear equal contribution in the house. Besides this, in China, politics favour same number of seats for both the gender which is indeed a positive development. Currently, women are holding their place in herculean jobs which is adequate to justify the positive link between equality and personal attainment.
To recapitulate, equality provides motivation to the community to bring out the best of them. It is evident that capability of mankind depends on the extent of fairness provided.
