Essay topics:

Some people think young people should follow the traditions of their society. Others think that they should be free to behave as individuals. Discuss both views and give your opinion.

Some argue that adhering to tradition is crucial for young people while others believe that the young should be given the freedom to express their individuality. I personally agree with the former group.

On the other hand, those who support the idea of individual freedom argue that young people should be free to express their unique personalities and ideas. They believe that it is important for young people to express themselves and pursue their own interests and passions. By being able to make their own choices, young people can develop a sense of autonomy and independence, which can be essential for their personal growth and well-being. Furthermore, some traditions may be outdated or even harmful, and it is important for young people to be able to question and challenge them.

On the one hand, I believe that young people should follow traditions of their society contend that traditions are essential for cultural continuity and social cohesion. Traditions provide a sense of belonging and identity to individuals, and by following them, the young can respect their culture and history. Additionally, adhering to traditions can aid in the development of a feeling of duty and discipline, which can assist in preparing them for their future societal duties. Children who grow up in religious homes that practice frequent prayer and worship, for example, may learn responsibility and discipline for going to these gatherings. They might believe that it is their role to participate in these religious rituals and uphold their responsibilities to their community.

In conclusion, it seems to me that the young should be encouraged to follow the traditions rather than freely behave.
