A Person can learn many skills, like technical skill, communication skill, writing skill, etc., in life to be successful. You can become a doctor by having knowledge of medical field but in order to become a good doctor you have to understand patients illness. With a good comminication skill you can understand easily what patients are talking about how they are going through that situations. An engineer has to present his ideas which are in their mind. He has to present ideas effectively so other can understand it. With good comminication skill he can explain effectively to his workers what they have to do or what is the point in doing that. So, from above example you can understand how communication skill is useful in professional life.

Secondly, Life is not about only your professional success. Personal life is as important as proffesional life. In personal life communication skill is the most important skill. Without communication how can you express your feelings to your friends and family? You have to show them you love them, understand them, you care for them. ---------------------
We are expecting: No. of Words: 350 while No. of Different Words: 200
Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:

para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.

So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:

reasons == advantages or

reasons == disadvantages

for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.

or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
