young people in such a sophisticated atmosphere have to be able to plan and organize
As time goes by, human beings carry a hectic life which brings them a lot of complexity and tough conditions to deal with. Many people are of the opinion that young people in such a sophisticated atmosphere have to be able to plan and organize, others stand at the other side of the continuum, believing that such ability is not as crucial for young generation. I, personally, subscribe to the idea of former. The very ability brings the youngs beyond the price opportunities not only to do efficiency all their tasks but also to make their future success guaranteed.
In the first place, today, as it is commonly sensed, individuals have a lot to do and young people are no exception. This busy life and following a lot of everyone's tasks can not be coped with only if people consider a plan; daily, weekly, yearly, or even long term one. Young people must handle their educational tasks, their secondary activities, their part jobs and so forth. They need to list all of their tasks, prioritize them and divide their time to do one by one daily. For instance, when I was student, I went a school in which not only do we had to study our lessons in class, but also we had many subsidiary classes in the evening like music class. My parents assigned me in some other activities and class all of which were necessary for me in modern life. At the beginning I was not able to organize all of them, so I did them weekly inasmuch as sometimes I even could not pass my courses. Aftera whilee, I learned to plan thanks to my sister advice and coped with all of them.
Second, it is crystal clear that organized people enjoy a lot of advantages to capture a proper work place and even promote in their jobs. Young generation will enter in work place soon. They need to learn how plan and organize their time and tasks as far as being a successful employee or manager in their future work life. If they were not able to organize and plan, they would not easily adopt such an ability in their future life because it is a tough work to change our previous habits. For example, my sister was a person who did not plan anything at all. She always did everything in the last minute. In those days, she could not see the negative effects of such an approach, but now she is very upset for the lack of such an ability. She works in an office, though she is very intelligent but because she has not an ability to plan and organize her boss want to fire her. It is frustrated that even if she wanted to change her life style, she would not be able to get rid of her past habits.
In summary, with all this taken into account, I do believe that it is essential for everyone especially to learn how to organize and plan. This ability gives them a priceless chance to deal with all their existed tasks and to guarantee their future flourishing. Who, in her right mind, can deny the importance of organization in doing properly every activity?

Better to have 5 paragraphs with 3 arguments. And try always support/against one side but compare two sides, like this:
para 1: introduction
para 2: reason 1. address both of the views presented for reason 1
para 3: reason 2. address both of the views presented for reason 2
para 4: reason 3. address both of the views presented for reason 3
para 5: conclusion.
So how to find out those reasons. There is a formula:
reasons == advantages or
reasons == disadvantages
for example, we can always apply 'save time', 'save/make money', 'find a job', 'make friends', 'get more information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
or we can apply 'waste time', 'waste money', 'no job', 'make bad friends', 'get bad information' as reasons to all essay/speaking topics.
