a fossil skeleton of a dinosaur
the article states that ther are many evidences that shows that the Sinosauropteryx wasn't feathereed dinosaur and provides three reasons of support. the professor explains that the evidenc are very strong and the mentiond reasons in the article are unconvincing and refutes each of the author's reason.
Firs the reading claims that the fine lines in the Sinosauropteryx' fossil don't belong to the functional structures of a living dinosaure because they may formed after animal's death. The professor opposes this reason by saying that if it is possible to creating this fine lines after dinosaure we must see such simmilar evidences in another dinosaure fossils. she explains that the ashes preserved the dinasure's functional structure very well and this fine lines dont formed later.
second the reading deems that this fine lines dosent show that this lines are belongs to certainty which part of the dinosaure's anatomy. the professor states that if this parts of the dinosaure called frail we must not find betacarotene protein in these structure but results showed that there are this kind of protein and we ought agree that this functional structures may dinosaure's featheres.
third the reading arves that the main application of the feather in the birds are help to fly and regulate their internal temperature. however, the professor opposes this reason by giving an example of pico one kind of the birds that have just a long feather on its tail it acts as a distinct feature for them. the experiments have shown that the color of the dinosaur, feather are oranges and white it seems to be an idea for displaying
