It has recently been announced that a large shopping center may be built in your neighborhood. Do you support or oppose this plan? Why? Use specific reasons and details to support your answer.
There have been some moot points about a shopping center which construct near our neighborhood. The question of whether this issue has a positive or negative aspect of our life has aroused as a subject of controversy among people. When it comes to my position, by weighing up the pros and the cons, I strongly subscribe to the point that it has a positive aspect of our life. I have some reasons, the most outstanding of which will be expounded in the ensuing paragraphs.
To begin with, without doubt it is truth to say that the establishment of a large shopping center will absolutely breed traffic and noise problems in spite of the fact that a large amount of people from different area of city will come to my neighborhood for shopping. However, these problems could be solved by making plans. For example, this building should be built close to public transportation systems.
On the other hand, it would be very convenient to have a new shopping center in the neighborhood that can provide people with different sores, some restaurants and also movie theaters and create a more lively enviroment. Furthermore, shopping would take shorter time than used to do, mainly because the new mall probably have every thing which people have the special privilege to buy their needs in the same place.
By the same token, another paramount reason must be mentioned here is that building a new shopping center can make more job opportunities for the people who live in this area due to building projects needs various skills and experts, therefore, many local people can contribute to these projects and find a job.
To wrap it up, according to the aforementioned reasons, I strongly believe that positive effects of constructing the new shopping center certainly offset its disadvantages.
