In addition, she points out that he has constantly referred to his notes.
Finally, the text insists that Chevalier paid money to escape from the jail in which he had a connection with his acquaintance in the place which helped to free him using cash. However, the lecturer asserts that even more powerful mates in the prison were not able to escape, so it is not possible for Chevalier to get out of jail too.
In conclusion, the reading passage mentions three different ideas about why Chevalier's memoir is not believable. The lecture opposes all of the points using its own reasons and evidence.
