The given graph shows the consumption of fast food in UK from 1970 to 1990
The graph shows the comparison of the weekly consumption of three type of fast foods in UK between 1970 and 1990.
It is evident that amount of Fish and Chips were the most popular fast food. Although Piza was the only option of fast food at the first time, this fast food chosen was slight decrease during the period.
In 1970, the amount of Piza consumed was highest, at more than 300 grams, while the figure for Hamburger was significantly lower, at only around 30 grams. Meanwhile, approximately 80 grams of Fish & Chips was eaten by UK people. In 1985, Piza consumption slightly fell and reached the lowest point of 200grams, whereas the other two figure gradually went up.
In 1990, Fish and Chips weekly consumption was a dramatic increase to 500 grams and became the highest fast food chosen, while Hamburger’s figure experienced a slight rise to about 300 grams. At the same time, the amount of Piza eaten remained stable at roughly 200 grams.
