The given graphs illustrate the types of visitors for Ashdown museum during the year before and the year after the renewal of museum.
It is evident that the rate of satisfied visitors rises after renewal. While the percentage of dissatisfied visitors declined.
For the period of the year before renewing, it was noticed, the proportion of very satisfied visitors was 15%. However, the percentage of satisfied visitors rose to 30%. Moreover, the percentage of dissatisfied visitors increased to 40%, whereas, 5% of visitors do not care about the survey.
For the period of the year after refurbished, it was witnessed the percentage of very satisfied visitors was 35%, which was more than doubled the rates before. While, the percentage of satisfied visitors went up to 40%, which was more than by 10% the year before. Finally, the rate of careless visitors still the same before and after renewal, which was 5%.
