Overall, it can be observed that fish consumption trend has decreased somehow during observation period. However, beef and lamb meet consumption rate is decreasing in a high ratio. On the other hand chicken meet uses per person per week have rapidly growing.
Horizontal axis presents per person consumption of meats and fish in a week and vertical axis shows the observation period from 1979 to 2004. The given data shows that there is not significant change in fish consumption. In 1979 fish consumption was about 60 grams whereas about 45 grams in 2004. Similarly, lamb meat consumption trend line has declining in a fast rate. In 1979 it was about 150 grams but in 2004 it decreased to about 60 grams only. Likewise, consumption of beef meat also decline in consumption after 1084. In between 1079 to 1984 there was fluctuation. The interesting fact is that consumption of chicken meat has been rapidly increasing while other meats and fish are in declining trend. In 1979 it was lower than beef i.e. about 95 grams and almost 210 grams respectively. But in 2004 rate of chicken consumption raised to 250 grams.
