I am writing to complain about a toy, which I have ordered from your online store , and which delivered yesterday. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the delivered product because of the issues I have outlined below.
Well, It is a red colored remote car and I found a hairline crack on front mirror of the car after unwrapping it. Moreover, I tried to operate a car using remote but It did not function. Initially, I thought there might be an issue with batteries of a remote but after replacing the batteries with new ones, It also did not work.
I am sorry to say but I am really disappointed with this order delivery from your store. There is not only technical glitch with remote but also carelessness in packing such a fragile object. As this toy was supposed to be a birthday gift for my younger brother, which is next week.Therefore, I believe that a prestigious store like yours with quality of service will collect and replace the car as soon as possible. I would really appreciate If you would deliver the replacement at a time when I am at home. Please call me at 01246255856 to arrange a mutually convenient time for delivery.
