Write a letter to a company asking for a refund for something
You bought from them. In your letter include:
• What you bought
• What the problem is
• Why you want a refund
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing with regard to lodge a solicitation for a refund of a car I recently purchased from your company representative.
To elaborate this, due to your after sale services agreement, which I read closely prior to purchasing this car, its engine is bound to have a 12-month no-quibble warranty. It is also agreed to be compensated in the form of full refund in the first 3 months, if any difficulty it encounters. But unfortunately it broke down within merely a couple of weeks after employing.
This was extremely disappointing to me as I was a loyal customer of your brand. Although your delegate attempted to persuade me to be agreed with an engine repair, stuck in the middle of highway was an absolutely horrible experience which I do not want to even envisage it again.
I trust you will appreciate how terrible was the situation. Thus, based on our deal, I expect you to confirm a full refund as the compensation.
I look forward to your prompt response; your due consideration will be greatly appreciated.
Yours faithfully,
Vahid Alvandi
