You should write at least 150 words.
Dear Jonah,
I am wiring this letter to report the loss of my student identification card.
I recall seeing it last on Tuesday morning, during the archaeology seminar in the auditorium. I have looked for it in the seminar hall, and following attended classes.
I have also left my contact details with the janitor, and requested him to notify me if he manages to find my lost possession. I have checked my locker and my dorm, but I am unable to find it.
I am a science student and need to use the laboratory frequently. I am unable to access the main building due to the absence of my identification card. This has created a lot of nuisance for me.
I shall be highly obliged if you could intimate the lost and found department, as it was closed today. However, I am in urgent need and request you to issue a new identification card as soon as possible. I have enclosed two copies of my passport-size photos, and my student number is 324 094.
Hoping for a quick and favorable response.
Yours sincerely,
Kathleen Kaur
