Dear sir/madam,
I am writing to you to inform about the services we received on 27th Decemberber 2018, during a daylong meeting held at your hotels’ conference area.
My team who also attended the meeting has greatly appreciated the friendliness of the staff and the promptness of the services that they have received. In addition, the decor and cleanliness of the hotel was impressive.
However, we were disappointed in the quality of the food served. The food was cold and some were slightly smelly. The Chowmein that we had ordered was extraordinarily oily, which masked the taste of the food.
I would like to suggest ensuring that the food served is fresh and warm. Also, less oil in food will benefit the health of many customers.
I would be interested to hear about the action you think about this. Thank you in anticipation of your consideration in this matter.
