Dear Sir,
I am writing to convey my dissatisfaction on a recent visit to your store in regards to fix the computer which I bought the last week.
To elucidate I had purchased a MacBook from your electronic store and recently I have faced some technical issues with its battery. The power backup of the laptop does not last even five minutes when the charger is disconnected from the mains supply. I had explained the situation to one of your Customer service officers and after the detailed analysis of the technical issue, he assured to get the problem resolved within 2 days.
It has been almost a week now and I haven't received my laptop despite giving numerous reminders to your staff. I had bought this computer to prepare project related work for my exams which are due next week and thus my work is also getting affected due to this situation. Thus I request you to expedite on this situation and provide a new replacement for my laptop and send it to my mailing address.
I look forward to your immediate response and resolution.
