The maps illustrate the alterations of the town from 1920 to 2010. At first glance, it is evident that the number of wheat farms has been replaced by numerous new houses.
To begin with the south part of the town, the position of wheat farms, which were located in the southeast of the railway and in the southwest of the town, had been replaced by a new high school and new houses, and a new primary school respectively. Nevertheless, the wheat silos remained unchanged over the entire period.
In accordance with the north of the town, the existence of caravan park and new houses had changed the place of the dairy farm in 1920 and these buildings are in the opposite of the new recreation reserve and numerous new houses. Furthermore, new hospital, various new houses, and new library were constructed running alongside a new road which connect to railway station and in the opposite of these buildings, there were new petrol station and supermarket. Last but not least, in between post office and caravan park, there was a new road which crossing the river and running to the north of the town.
