You work for an international company and would like to work at its head office for six months.
Dear Mrs. James,
I am writing to inform you, about my intentions to work at the company's Main Office in Spain. I actually saw the advert, in the maiden edition of the company's monthly magazine, advertising the post of Assistant Project Manager.
To start with, I have interest in working at the company's central office in Spain because I just got admitted into the University of Spain, to do an Advance Certification in Project Management for 4 months. Working abroad will make it easy to combine schooling cum working. In addition, I speak Spanish fluently, so language will not be a barrier.
Moreover, I have discussed with Harriet, my colleague and my job-share mate, and she has agreed to take on my duty as we both double as Project Officers. She will now work full-time instead of part-time.
Kindly, help me in securing this job as it will be an added advantage to the company when I finish the certification program and a bonus to my portfolio.
Yours sincerely,
Mary Jones.
