Dear Sir,
I am extremely sorry to let you know that I will not join you company, which I suppose to join from 1st of August 2019. I can understand that my decision to reject you offer is not as per the spirit, as I have confirmed earlier after long discussion and salary negotiation.
Actually, major reason why I was looking for a job change was to get financial boost in my career. Apart from that I have no issue with my current organization; I have no problem with colleagues and with my seniors. Moreover, office ambiance is so friendly that I feel as if I am in my second home.
Last week my boss and HR have consulted with me, and suggested salary hike, slightly more than what you offered, with a promotion. Now, I will be looking after a new department of my choice.
Once again, I apologize for the declination of the offer, and I hope, I am able state my reason clearly!
