You work for an international company. You have seen an advertisement for a training course which will be useful for your job.
Write a letter to your manager. In your letter
describe the training course you want to do
explain what the company could do to help you
say how the course will be useful for your job
My name is Harsimran Singh. I am writing this letter to inform you that yesterday I have seen the advertisement in the newspaper about the trainee course in java which is going to start next week. I think this course will be very helpful for me in my job.
However, the file work which you have given to me is about to complete. I would like to request you if you can arrange any skilled person who can take charge of my work for a few days. Moreover, I am sure that this trainee course will raise my knowledge in java which is also beneficial to your company.
As you know my all work is based on the java and applications. There are some techniques in java which I actually missed when I am doing my graduation and now I do not miss the chance to learn that. From these techniques, I will surely learn how to make applications that can not be hacked. In other words, the coding and decoding techniques are essential to make software applications.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Yours Sincerely,
Harsimran Singh
